I only purchase cigars at a La Casa del Habano, LCDH, stores. There are about 8- 10 of them in Habava. Google the Cigar Aficionado list of cigar stores. Prices are set by the government and are standard. The only time I saw something that did not adhere to the published prices was the LCDH store adjacent to the Romeo y Julieta factory. They were selling Cohina Siglo IVs tubes for 20 cucs, when the price should have been 13.85 cucs. The hest place to start is Hotel Habana Libte as it has a great selection of individual sticks. Buy some, smoke them and then decide what you want to buy.

Yes, several hotels can sell you tix for $10 each. We took a horse carriage ride and the driver knew where to go for the tix and where the Partagas Factory was! Very worth the effort!
