It would seem more likely individuals driving around in their cars and stopping in the middle of the road or parking haphazardly before zooming off to next stop to be more of a nuisance.

Kathy is correct. You can not go inside. However to see a fireplace built by Earl Young you can go into Weathervane restaurant. Ask to see it.
