BART officials announced earlier today (Wednesday) that service has been restored to all 50 of its train stations. A fire just south of the San Leandro station yesterday caused a major suspension of service on half of the rail service’s six lines and delays for commuters before, during and after rush hour.

BART service between the Lake Merritt station in Oakland and the Dublin and Berryessa stations was shut down Tuesday morning because of a fire near the San Leandro station

Drew Garnier, 33, will now serve 30 years in prison after agreeing to a deal with prosecutors that allowed him to plead guilty to lesser charges.
