The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday issued a major decision scaling back the power of federal judges to block presidential policies nationwide, in what is considered a major win for the Trump administration’s efforts to end birthright citizenship for children born in the U.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett delivered the majority opinion of the court, which voted 6-3 on the matter to side with the Trump administration.
