The second round of the 2025 Stanley Cup playoffs is almost upon us, with one first-round game still remaining. The St. Louis Blues visit the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday in Game 7 of their series. The Blues struck early and often against Connor Hellebuyck and the Jets on Friday in Game 6 of to send the series back to Winnipeg.

The Dallas Stars will play the Winnipeg Jets in the Western Conference Second Round. The Stars advanced by defeating the Colorado Avalanche 4-2 in Game 7 at American Airlines Center on Saturday. The Jets advanced by defeating the St. Louis Blues 4-3 in double overtime in Game 7 at Canada Life Centre on Sunday.

The difference in home and away games has been noticeable for Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck. While he has been shaky in moments at home, the Hart Trophy finalist has been downright terrible in St. Louis. Since the final game of the series is in Winnipeg, it might provide some good luck for the reigning Vezina Trophy winner.
