Police in the South Bay announced the arrests of two people from the Central Valley in connection with armed robberies targeting massage parlors in the area.In a statement Thursday, officers with the San Jose Police Department said the arrests followed an incident at a massage parlor on the 2000 block of Story Road in East San Jose on the night of Jan.

Detectives caught up to the two 20-year-old Fresno residents in that city on Tuesday, according to a statement from San Jose police Lt. Ashley Weger. They arrested the two on suspicion of armed robbery and kidnapping and were in custody at the Santa Clara County Main Jail, police said.

Two people have been arrested in the brazen armed robbery of a Milpitas massage parlor that was captured on surveillance video last week. On Thursday, the Milpitas Police Department announced authorities had arrested Damauriae Greene and Shyanne Real in connection to the armed robbery of Footlax Foot and Body Massage.

A South Bay massage business owner applauded police on Thursday for their quick action in arresting a pair of suspected robbers. The owner of Foot Lax Foot & Body Massage in Milpitas said the robbers held employees and customers at gunpoint while they took money and other belongings.
