The news comes as Google announces it's lifting Beahm's YouTube monetisation ban, which was put in place following his admission of "inappropriate" behaviour with a "minor" last year.

In a peculiar coincidence, the announcement of the studio’s closure came just hours before Dr Disrespect revealed his YouTube channel had been remonetised. His channel was demonetised after admitting to his inappropriate exchange with a minor, and YouTube refused an attempt to remonetise it in October.
