This will be the Bruins' sixth outdoor contest but their first Stadium Series game. The Bruins have certainly had success in outdoor games, as they have a 4-1-0 record during them. Only the New York Rangers have more wins,

The Rangers are 5-0-0 in their previous outdoor games, Boston has won four of its five outdoor games and the Lightning prevailed in their only outdoor contest. The Panthers have never played such a game.
