Oklahoma will use both state and federal law to transfer incarcerated undocumented immigrants to deportation proceedings, according to the Governor.

The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety has launched the Operation Guardian plan to deport undocumented immigrants who are or have been in state and county custody.
