Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins has emerged as a possible target for Manchester United in the summer transfer window

Manchester United have added England striker Ollie Watkins to their list of potential strikers as they bid to regenerate a below-par attack while Arsenal also remain in the hunt after having a £50million bid for the forward rejected at the turn of the year.

Ollie Watkins has already made his feelings clear on Manchester United amid links with a summer move. Aston Villa ’s Watkins, 29, had previously been the subject of a £40m bid from Arsenal in January, which was rejected by the Midlands side.
