An Uber driver is dead after suffering a medical emergency while driving and crashing into multiple parked cars in Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood Saturday night, police said.

The 31-year-old man was driving four Canadian tourists back to their lodging from the Roots Picnic. The passengers were able to escape from the car unharmed.
