Texas Lottery Commission Executive Director Ryan Mindell has resigned following state investigations into two controversial jackpot wins.

Rivera, the Chairman of the Texas Lottery Commission, has announced that Ryan Mindell, who served as Executive Director since April 18, 2024, announced his re
