Samsung’s thin phone is here. The Galaxy S25 Edge — first teased back in January — is essentially a slimmed-down S25 Plus, with the same 6.7-inch OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, and AI features. The compact design comes at a price though, and you’ll have to do without the telephoto lens or beefy battery.

As much as Samsung says it's not compromising with the Galaxy S25 Edge, it still is. There's no third or fourth zoom camera here, and battery life likely won't match up to similar-sized peers. But if you're someone who prefers big phones but hates the associated weight and heft, you now have a new option from Samsung's lineup.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is available for preorder through May 30 at Samsung. If you preorder through Samsung, you'll also get a $50 discount and an automatic upgrade from 256GB to 512GB of storage. Meanwhile, Amazon is offering a $50 gift card with preorders of the 512GB model.
