A southern Minnesota woman faces manslaughter charges in connection with "Baby Angel," a newborn found dead in the Mississippi River more than a decade ago.

Jennifer Nichole Baechle, 43, was recently charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with the 2011 incident.

Investigators have made an arrest in connection with the 2011 death of an infant, known as Baby Angel, who was found in the Mississippi River.
