5 Freeway reopens after closure for Sylmar brush fire
Firefighters responded Wednesday to a brush fire in the Sylmar area that briefly closed part of the 5 Freeway. The fire was reported on an embankment near the 14 and 5 freeways north of Los Angeles.
Firefighters contained the blaze on Thursday night.
