If you have to share specific files with other people, removing any personal information is always recommended. On Windows 11, you can clear most metadata information from File Explorer.

On Windows 10, whenever you open File Explorer, you're presented with the Quick access view, which includes your frequent folder navigations as well as a list of your recent files.

This will disable this version of OneDrive and remove it from Windows File Explorer. Figure F To reenable or return OneDrive to Windows 10 File Explorer, just reverse these procedures.
