High wind warning issued for Western North Carolina until Thursday evening, according to the NWS
On Thursday at 3:30 a.m. a high wind warning was issued by the NWS Blacksburg VA in effect until 7 p.m. The warning is for Ashe, Alleghany and Watauga counties.
