MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Novak Djokovic doesn’t want the antitrust lawsuit filed by the players’ association he co-founded to create a rift in tennis, but he also said Thursday that the athletes’ share of revenues and their influence both need to increase.

Two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, five-time Indian Wells winner Novak Djokovic and American firepower led by former winner Taylor Fritz and Ben Shelton take the court on the men's side. Women's second-round play features Australian Open champion Madison Keys, third-seeded American Coco Gauff and top-seed Aryna Sabalenka.

Carlos Alcaraz has said that he doesn’t support legal action launched by the Professional Tennis Players’ Association (PTPA) against the sport’s tours and governing bodies earlier this week.
