Fort Worth City Council gave the green light for a 7.4-acre development on the side of Montgomery Street Antique Mall.
For more than 30 years, Montgomery Street Antique Mall has drawn people from Fort Worth and beyond. On Tuesday, Fort Worth city leaders cleared the way for a new development project to take its place.
In addition to a 12-story hotel, the project at 2501 and 2601 Montgomery St. will include retail space and a separate multifamily building.
