The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has announced the ultimate champion of the 2025 Florida Python Challenge.

A southwest Florida woman took home the grand prize in the state's 2025 python removal challenge after she removed 60 Burmese pythons.

The number of Python Challenge participants has fluctuated through the years including a high of nearly 1,600 in 2013. Meet the 2025 winner, Taylor Stanberry.
