The race includes electric and gas-powered cars. The cars are based on scale size and this particular race is for 1/8-scale RC cars. Hill races RC cars locally and nationally.

They aren’t remote-controlled, so the owners set and forget the cars for a race. The entire point of Mini 4WD is preparation, which makes it interesting in a different way to RC car racing.
