A man was arrested Wednesday in Las Vegas on Linn County charges of first-degree murder and nonconsensual termination of pregnancy, three weeks after a woman was found dead in Cedar Rapids.
Court filings show the man accused of shooting at Cedar Rapids police officers in February, plans to plead guilty.
