Other tech stocks may be experiencing faster growth than Amazon, but this company has many practical use cases for AI. From enhancing the online shopping experience to making the robots in its warehouses more efficient, Amazon is one stock where I don't doubt that it can benefit from AI in the long run.
Amazon has agreed to settle a Federal Trade Commission lawsuit accusing the e-commerce giants of tricking customers into signing up for Prime and then making it frustratingly hard to cancel.
Starting in October, those privileges can no longer be shared with anyone outside of a Prime member’s household. The Prime Invitee program, which had made this possible, is being replaced by Amazon Family [1].
So, even with a lot of conservatism baked in (a lower growth rate than I think is possible and a decreased valuation), Amazon has the potential to be nearly a $500 stock by 2030. That's more than a double in under six years, making it a great stock to buy now and hold over the next few years.
