Axiom Mission 4 astronauts dock the international Space Station, including the first Indian to set foot on the space station, on Thursday morning.

Houston-based Axiom Space launched its fourth crewed mission to the International Space Station (ISS) early Wednesday (June 25), lifting off on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KCS), in Florida. The mission lifted off from KSC's Launch Complex-39A at 2:31 a.m. EDT (0631 GMT).

The four-person crew of Axiom Mission 4 docked to the International Space Station on Thursday (June 26). Former NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson led the team which includes Shubhanshu Shukla of India, Slawosz Uznanski-Wisniewski of Poland, and Tibor Kapu of Hungary.
