Kelsie Martin and Hallie L. Helms both had just graduated and lived in Wilgus Hall, the site on the UW-Platteville campus of an emergency incident May 19 that left both dead.

Kelsie Martin and Hallie Helms have been named as the two students who are dead in the incident at a UW-Platteville campus dormitory in Wisconsin. Authorities say their cause of death was gunshot wounds.

Kelsie Martin was shot dead at a residence hall while Hallie Helms was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a "targeted and isolated" incident.
