Israel's main southern hospital sustained a direct hit Thursday from an Iranian missile as Israel attacked a heavy water reactor in Iran.

The Iranian Armed Forces launched a fresh round of retaliatory missile strikes against the Zionist regime on Thursday morning in what the Israelis described as the heaviest attack they have come under since their regime waged a war of aggression against Iran on June 13.

Multiple explosions were reported over both cities, with local media identifying at least four impact sites across Israel.
