Pea-sized hail forecast with thunderstorms to hit the Greater Lake Tahoe Area Sunday – gusts to hit 40 mph

The National Weather Service issued a weather alert at 6:57 p.m. on Sunday for strong thunderstorms in effect until 7:30 p.m.
