South Africa’s Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis had no answers for undefeated Russian Khamzat Chimaev’s wrestling as he succumbed to a unanimous decision defeat at UFC 319 in Chicago on Sunday.

Dricus du Plessis put his belt on the line as he went in search of a 4th title defence and on a 9-fight winning streak, however, standing in his way was arguably his toughest opponent too date as Khamzat Chimaev took to the bout on a 14-fight winning streak.

Khamzat Chimaev took the UFC middleweight title from Dricus Du Plessis with a unanimous decision win over Stillknocks in the main event of UFC 319.
