MISSOULA, Mont. — A boat contaminated with 21 gallons of invasive mussels was intercepted at a Spokane watercraft inspection site on Jan. 7. According to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, two tugboats were found to be contaminated at the inspection site.
