Microsoft Moves HR Chief to Corporate-Strategy Role, Citing Changes From AI
Chief People Officer Kathleen Hogan is transitioning to a new role as executive vice president, office of strategy and transformation, Microsoft Chief Executive Satya Nadella said in a blog post Wednesday. In that role, Hogan will define an overarching corporate strategy and structure, Nadella said.
The change has come after nearly 2,000 employees deemed low-performers were fired by Microsoft in January and February.
