A series of explosions has been reported in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as airstrikes continue in the region. On Monday 16 March a drone attack launched by Iran temporarily shut down Dubai’s main airport, DXB. The airport has now reopened with a reduced service.
The carrier said it is closely tracking the developments and urged passengers scheduled to travel on Dubai routes to verify the status of their flights before heading to the airport.
Flights, including those operated by DXB-based airlines Emirates and flydubai, have been impacted by the closure of the UAE's airspace.
