What started as a closet clean out two years ago has now transformed into something that's helping thousands of students across the Piedmont Triad attend prom for free.

The Frontier Days planning committee stepped down from organizing the event after 15 years. The Love County Chamber of Commerce voted to host the event and is looking for volunteers.
