Ashwaubenon, Manitowoc, and other municipalities in Northeast Wisconsin have all declared snow emergencies in their areas, ahead of a major snowstorm forecasted for Sunday.

To ensure plow truck drivers have enough room to clear the roads throughout the storm, some municipalities have enacted snow emergencies and parking bans.

Travel should be avoided entirely on roads in Northeast Wisconsin during Blizzard Elsa, the state Department of Transportation warns.
