FOX31 Pinpoint Weather Chief Meteorologist Dave Fraser is tracking more snow and frigid temperatures in the Denver metro area ahead of a Pinpoint Weather Alert Day.

Another Colorado storm will bring the chance for accumulating snow during the Thursday morning commute in the Denver metro area. Snow will begin across Interstate 70 between 1 and 3 a.m., spreading to Interstate 25 between 4 and 6 a.

Light morning snow showers could create some issues along the Palmer Divide and east along Interstate 70, but the snow should be done by noon with a breezy wind through the afternoon in the Denver weather forecast.

Snow will fall for most of the day Thursday around metro Denver, with the southern and western suburbs seeing higher totals from the quick-moving storm.
