At the time, Justin, 31, announced his birth in an Instagram post, writing, "WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER," alongside a photo of his tiny foot. Hailey posted the same photo to her Instagram Stories soon afterwards with his name and a teddy bear and blue heart emoji.
