NCAA Final Four field is now set following a Sunday where No. 1 seeds Houston and Auburn made it a clean sweep with four No. 1s reaching the Final Four for the first time since 2008 and second time ever.
Fans have started arriving in San Antonio for the NCAA Men’s Final Four, but it’s not the only major sporting event in San Antonio this weekend. Thousands of visitors are also coming for the Valero Texas Open.
During the 2018 Final Four, San Antonio also hosted a tailgate, but it was held outside of the Alamodome. Now, with the tailgate at Civic Park, it will be in closer proximity to other events. The NCAA March Madness Music Festival, a free event, will take place at Tower Park, also located at Hemisfair.
San Antonio's historic neighborhoods near the Alamodome ask NCAA Final Four visitors to use public parking and respect local residents.
