Oregon State Police are investigating whether "Freeway Killer" Randy Kraft is responsible for the murder of a former Oregon John Doe, now identified as Larry Parks.

The notorious serial killer, known to have killed multiple victims in California, has been linked to a 45-year-old cold case.
