The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning at 5:44 p.m. on Tuesday in effect until 8:45 p.m. for Clarion, Forest, Mercer and Venango counties.

A flood warning was issued by the NWS Newport/Morehead City NC on Tuesday at 3:08 p.m. in effect until Thursday at 2 a.m. for Pitt County.

An updated flash flood warning was issued by the NWS Wakefield VA on Sunday at 5:40 p.m. in effect until 6:30 p.m. for Camden and Pasquotank counties.
