Experts are divided over whether knuckle tattoos highlighted by President Trump suggest the wrongly deported man may be associated with MS-13.

Sen. Lindsey Graham asked Terrance Cole, President Trump's nominee to be the administrator of the Drug Enforcement Agency, about the tattoos on Kilmar Abrego Garcia's hands that the Trump administration used to help determine he was a member of MS-13: SEN.

President Trump goes on record claiming he "could" bring back Kilmar Abrego Garcia who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador but refuses to do so. Trump insists Garcia is a member of MS 13 - and says the "proof" is the tattoos Garcia has on his hands-- which many say appear doctored in the photos.
