As search teams continue to scour the Guadalupe River for victims, Roberto Marquez is looking for something else.

Upon arrival, deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office found a juvenile male suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Federal forecasters issued their first flood warning at 1:14 a.m. on July 4. Local officials haven’t shed light on when they saw the warnings or whether they saw them in time to take action.
