The Spurs and guard De'Aaron Fox have reached an agreement on a max deal that will keep him with the team through 2029-30.

The logjam just got trickier on Monday. The Spurs and Fox agreed to a four-year, $229 million contract extension, the max amount he could sign for, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. It's a case of the Spurs paying one of their best players what they thought he deserved, just a day after Fox became eligible for this extension.
