Dave Parker was set to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown later this summer. He was a two-time World Series champion and was named the was NL MVP in 1978.

Parker was a member of the 1979 World Series team and will be enshrined in the National Baseball Hall of Fame in July.
