The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a sudden OC vacancy after the Liam Coen debacle. Multiple reports say they are looking to the college level to potentially bring on a coach who didn't have success in the NFL leading a team.

It appeared Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Liam Coen was a finalist for the Jacksonville Jaguars head-coaching job; the Tampa Bay Times even reported there was a growing belief it was the 39-year-old's job to lose.

In one of the more stunning developments in recent coaching search history, Coen agreed to become the Jaguars’ head coach, per multiple reports, after previously removing himself from consideration and agreeing to a Buccaneers extension that would have made him the NFL’s highest-paid coordinator.
