Community groups and advocates unveiled a new report at City Hall on Thursday that highlighted Toronto's youth unemployment crisis.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) reported that Ohioans filed 4,855 initial unemployment claims during the week of July 27-Aug. 2, a decrease of 226 from the previous week.
