The Utah Jazz and guard Jordan Clarkson have agreed to a contract buyout, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania. Clarkson spent six seasons in a Jazz uniform, the longest stop of his career, which also made him the longest-tenured current Jazz player.

Jordan Clarkson, one of the top reserve guards in the NBA, has spent the past five and a half seasons of his professional career in Salt Lake City. However, after having his best years there, he and the franchise are going in a different direction.

Utah Jazz are considering a trade for Jordan Clarkson this offseason; however, a significant obstacle may ruin the deal.
