Indian captain Rohit Sharma on Wednesday played down speculations about his future in international cricket, saying it is irrelevant to talk about his career at a time when he is "focussed" on the three ODIs against England and the Champions Trophy.

Indian cricket team captain, Rohit Sharma, has hinted that spinner Varun Chakravarthy could be included in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy squad. Rohit made the statement during the pre-match press conference on the eve of the 1st ODI against England.

Ravichandran Ashwin also spoke about the forgettable forms of Suryakumar Yadav and Sanju Samson with the bat in the T20 series against England. While SKY aggregated 28 runs from five matches, Sanju did a bit better but only scored 51 runs.
