Dec 20, 2024 · please help me find a solution. i downloaded mass effect legendary edition. the game loads and plays fine, however i get an immediate error: "a problem occurred while saving the game. no game session data was preserved. please try again.” i am unable to save and the game cannot autosave.

Dec 21, 2024 · Try to set EA app to run as Administrator. Right click the EA app exe (By default: "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\EADesktop.exe") Properties > Compatibility > tick off "Run as Administrator" > Click "OK" +++++

The EA App will not launch Mass Effect at all. Followed the suggestions to a T-- uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Cleared the cache and restarted the app and my PC. Tried repairing the game through the repair option in app.
