Oct 3, 2024 · As of September 6, 2024, the bill dispute and adjustment process for SWBNO customers has changed per a recent ordinance from City Council and new laws from the Louisiana Legislature. All billing disputes, investigations and hearings will now go through a 3rd party, Hammerman & Gainer International (HGI).

Feb 3, 2025 · SWBNO is on track to replace all residential water meters by the end of 2025. Water Hammer Hazard Mitigation Program , a FEMA-funded capital investment program that enabled the utility to build two water towers and upgrade drinking water infrastructure.
