Inside the army barracks at the center of Nepal's flood response

Nepali soldiers are racing to find survivors after catastrophic flash floods at the Nepal-Tibet border killed about 360 people and left hundreds others missing. The Nepali army on Thursday (Aug 27) released video of the rescue operation, showing soldiers carrying survivors to safety. It says more than 5,000 army and police rescue personnel have joined the effort. #nepal #tibet #floods
