If you harvest your rhubarb by cutting it you’re doing it wrong 😮 Cutting the stalks leaves a bit attached to the crown and this bit can rot and damage the plant. It’s far better to twist and pull just as I do in this video. Ideally you want to see a little bit of the heel section come away with the stem.
